National return shipping instructions

  1. Put the returning good(s) into the package and add a copie of the invoice.
  2. Please create here a return label for a free shipment. Print it and stick it on the package.
  3. Bring your package to the next agency of the "deutsche Post". Please keep the posting receipt.

Return shipment from abroad

If you avail yourself of your right of revocation (see revocation instruction), you must bear the costs for the return. Put the returning good(s) into the package and add a copie of the invoice. Please frank the package sufficiently and ship it to

Return goods

Please avoid damages and contamination. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all the accessories and with all the packaging components, if possible. Use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you  have no longer the original packaging, please ensure a sufficient protection from transport damages with a suitable packaging, in order to avoid claims for compensation on account of damages due to inadequate packaging.

Please note that the terms above-mentioned are not a condition for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.


New shipment

Please place a new order at our online store if you like to have the returned product in another color or size. Just in this way you can see if your desired article is still available and get one if our stock is running low. Please don't put your new order in your return shipment - it is possible that your desired article is out of stock until your return shipment arrives at us.

Get your money back

As soon as your return shipment arrived and is proofed, we will refund you your money.

  • For debit or credit card payments, the money is transferred back to your bank account.
  • In the case that you paid with PayPal, the value of your order will be transferred back to your PayPal account. You have the choice to leave it on your PayPal account or to transfer it back to your bank account.
  • If you paid your order with Amazon Pay, you will get your refund via Amazon Pay.

The refund of your money is made within in the next days after receiving your return shipment.
