Distinguished: bruno banani is a selected place in 2007.

On July 18, 2007 people in Chemnitz were celebrating – because on that day
bruno banani officially became one of the “365 Places in the Land of Ideas”
distinguished by the business location initiative Land of Ideas.

Two hundred invited guests from the worlds of politics and business, 15 skydivers, a fashion show, show sewing, and the world premiere of the new bruno banani song: “Ich nehm dich mit” (I’ll Take You Along) – this list of highlights describes only one side of the extraordinary celebration. In his eulogy, Deutsche Bank’s Stephan Peetzen summarized why bruno banani received this distinction: “bruno banani is an outstanding example of how you can achieve corporate success through the determination to perform and to integrate, and through personal commitment. The company has managed to generate numerous jobs here. For this reason bruno banani plays an important part in shaping our future here in the Chemnitz region.”
