239,697,964.948 km/h: the bruno banani speed proof
bruno banani is interested in nearly every important question. For example "how fast can underwear go?" What do you think? Can underwear be quicker than the world champion over 100 metres? Forget it! Even jet aircraft, or advanced jets which have already broken the sound barrier would become a laughing stock. Under the direction of the graduate engineer Rainer Hölzle, a pair of shorts from the "Your ACTIVE Underwear" series was first broken down into its smallest possible components at the Jülich Research Centre. The components were then run at high speed in particle accelerators. A speed of 239,697,964.948 kph was determined. Just short of the speed of light. What do you say now?
